Joe and Jonathan were fantastic to deal with. Our two old batteries in our '02 F250 Powerstroke finally succumbed to the freezing temperatures. The truck was blocking our other vehicle in our driveway and we couldn't get out. We reached out to RRA and received a reasonable quote for two AGM batteries and installation, again right in our driveway in about an hour since contacting them. Joe was super friendly and quick to install the batteries. Jonathan kept in touch with us via text. Payment was easy and swift. I'll surely reach out to RRA again next time we're in a pinch. Highly recommend! 👍

My tire blew out on the way home from work last night. I was two minutes away from him so I stupidly drove it. It was completely trashed at this point, so there was no way I could’ve driven it out of my parking lot. My boss picked me up for work that morning and any chance I had to look on the Internet while working, I would look for a mobile tire service . I texted one and they never responded. I texted this one “Richmond roadside assistance“ and Jonathan texted me back immediately. He asked me the size of my tire told me an extremely fair price and they came out that evening and worked their butts off in this freezing freezing freezing Cold weather. Removed the old tire, put the new one on, took the old tire with them. They did a great job, the tire looks great, they cleaned up everything they brought. Very professional. I will absolutely call on them again if I’m ever in a bad situation with my car. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommended if you need a tire quick! Communication was great. Picked up the phone within a couple seconds of calling. His # is saved in my phone and my go to if I need assistance.

So happy that a service like this was available!!! Heading home for new years and a random flat tire occurs at 11pm. They had a tire in my size, set real expectations on the time they’d arrive to my location, and quickly responded to any questions I had. Overall great experience when the night could’ve been much worse. They were in great spirits when arriving and had the new tire on within 25 minutes!

They did not have to but they came out and took care of me so I could get home on the busiest travel day of the holidays when I blew out a spark plug on my e350. Super friendly, professional and quick! Highly reccomend calling them first and not dialing them after 10 other mobile mechanics dont get back to you! Would reccomend to a family member or friend! Hope I never brake down by Richmond again, but if I do I know who I'm calling!

There are not enough kind words to be said about this business. I called on the phone after 6 and I got Amy she was so sweet and kind. It was late in the day she found out if they had the tire we needed for our RV within 10 mins. We were in constant contact via text she kept me in the loop. Doug and Jay came out and got us back on the road. They even apologized for the wait which wasn’t very long. Thank you so much to everyone at Richmond roadside assistance.

I was very very impressed with how well the driver helped me after a blowout of my moving trailer!! He went above and beyond!! I wish I got his name, but My girlfriend, my 3 year old and I are grateful for all he did!!

Best auto shop ever. Fair price, nicest owners, they made breaking down as pleasant as possible. Explained everything, took extra care, and were able to do the repair that day while we took Uber to get food. Very trustworthy and a great small business. You can tell they know about cars and value their customers.

Broke down on a Sunday afternoon but the day wasn’t ruined thanks to these folks! 1000/10 thank you for everything.

Had a flat tire at 3:30AM on a 10 hour trip with no spare, called here and they don't carry tires to replace. However, shortly after getting off of the phone with them, I received a follow up that they may be able to assist if they had a spare that fit. Unfortunately, that didn't work out but so amazing of them to follow up and try to find a way to help me out.

This is without a doubt the most generous mechanic company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had an issue with my car which I ended up finding out was a misfire, I spoke with Amy on the phone and explained my situation and that I was tight on money at the moment and really needed to get my car working again. She had Jonathan come out to me and fix it there on the spot in less than 15 minutes for FREE! I cannot express my gratitude enough for these kind folk and their wonderful business. If you need your car back on the road ASAP these are your guys. 👍👍

Johnathan was absolutely the fastest roadside assistance I’ve had and will ever had. It took him 5 minutes to get to me, and he was super fast changing my tires and also very polite and humorous even at 5AM in the morning. Really nice person. Recommended to all auto services. For sure!
